About Me

I’ve been working in the fitness world since the early 2000’s when I started teaching while pursuing my undergrad degree. I began teaching group fitness at the campus gym and loved it so much I talked my roommates, friends and classmates into going to classes. I loved the feeling after a challenging workout as well as a sense of community with those in class doing it with me.

I am an ACE certified personal trainer as well as sports nutrition coach. I have been personal training off and on as well as instructing (barre, cycle, and group x) for almost 20 years.
Assessments appointment – body fat, BMI analysis, baselines – $15
